Predictions Record
UC Framework

A framework that cannot be falsified explains nothing. This document is the UC framework's public accountability record.

It consolidates every prediction the framework has generated since February 2026, applying a strict methodological distinction that is non-negotiable: confirmed prospective predictions — made and timestamped before the confirming evidence — are categorically separated from retrospective matches identified after the fact. Both are documented, neither is misrepresented.

To date: two confirmed prospective predictions, both in cosmology. Four strong retrospective matches across neuroscience, biology, particle physics, and cosmology. Eight forthcoming predictions with specific falsification conditions. Six new predictions recorded here for the first time.

The predictions that matter most are imminent. Euclid DR1 lands October 21, 2026. COGITATE Phase 2 results are expected before the end of 2026. ESCAPADE reaches Mars in September 2027. The CAPSTONE station-keeping prediction is testable now with existing NASA data — no new observations required.

All original prediction documents are blockchain timestamped at the date of creation. The timestamps are independently verifiable. The framework stands or falls on what happens next.
