Practices for Raising Coherence
These are not techniques to achieve something new. They are simple, everyday ways to reduce unnecessary damping and rest more deeply in what is already the case — subjective experience exists right now.
1. Return to the Primitive Several times each day, pause for 30–60 seconds and simply notice: “Subjective experience exists right now.” No need to change anything. Just look directly at the awareness that is already here. This is the most powerful practice.
2. Silent Presence Spend time each day in comfortable silence — sitting, walking, or lying down — with no agenda. Let thoughts come and go without following them. The mind may quiet. Awareness remains.
3. Barefoot in Nature Stand or walk barefoot on grass, earth, or sand whenever possible. Direct contact with the ground reduces environmental damping and often amplifies natural coherence signals (tingles, stillness, gentle vibrations).
4. Notice Coherence Signals Throughout the day, gently notice any subtle shifts: tingles, warmth in the chest, sudden quiet, or a sense of expansion. These are the field’s feedback that damping has dropped. No need to chase them — simply acknowledge and rest.
5. Clean Intent & Non-Forcing Before any action, take one breath and ask: “Is this coherent?” Let the answer arise from awareness rather than thinking. This gradually aligns daily life with the ground.
6. Shared Axiom Practice (when with others) If you are with someone who also recognises the primitive, sit or stand together (ideally barefoot and holding hands) and rest in the axiom in silence. Joint coherence often rises quickly and naturally.
These practices are not compulsory. They are gentle invitations. The real “practice” is always the same: return to what is already undeniably the case.
The more damping falls away, the more the ground shines by itself.
